A rest day!!

The usual domestic chores…..and we then set off to find our battery man once again!! This is his shop:

…..and as agreed, he then opened up the battery….:

As expected…the batteries themselves are just fine…and eventually he pinpointed the problem to one tiny diode. No bigger than a 4mm length of matchstick.

And then he shrugged. We need a new circuit board. Impossible to get in Albania…and given Bosch do not repair batteries (they just do not!!)..it might be difficult to find one anywhere!!

So…we made a call….and paid the man with our dead battery (rather than lugging it around)…in the hope of finding a replacement battery once we get to Greece!!

Fingers crossed!!

So otherwise…a bit of reading…..and a very chilled and relaxing afternoon.

An early evening…ready for an early start (essential in this heat!). Funnily enough…the NZ-England Test starts tomorrow…at 11am in England, which 12 noon here! So there is a good incentive to get away early…and we might just be done for the day before the Test starts!!
