Two full days of rest and relaxation….in an ace apartment!
And overall a much better place than my arrival day’s blog might have suggested!
So I will just show some photographs!
This is the bay we are staying…
…..just around the corner from Rab old town…..which sits on a wee peninsular. Pretty town…full of life…and quite a few tourists…almost exclusively German!
You know I mentioned my olympic experience watching water polo? It is clearly big here….even on Rab!
For his part…Andrew could not sit still so climbed up to Rab’s highest point at around 380 metres!!
And to finish…..you know my frequent reference to toilets etc?……well, this one must take the cake. Just look at the door……..!!
Apparently…..upon enquiry…the door was a requirement to create a lobby between the restaurant and WC! Some jobsworth insisted on this nonsense! Bonkers!
