After our busy holiday on Skopelos..today was a very chill day!

Yesterday was really the first sweaty-hot ride of the trip so far! It’s been warm enough for a while…but not helmet-drippingly hot….until Day 40!
But today started quite cool…..sunny but cool.
….but then it just got duller..& duller…& cooler…and cooler until the heavens opened!!
Thunder and lightning…..
….wind….& COLD!!
The locals turned up to our favourite taverna in puffer jackets!! They knew something we didn’t!!
Shorts in the evening in Greece in late May….seemed perfectly sensible! But it was COLD!
And both of us suffering a bit from snotty-kid-infections!
So…it was not a long evening! Iain thrashed me at backgammon…(the dice just fell for him of course!)…..& then we just gorged on Greek salad….and charcoal grilled pork!
