Pizzo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nae and I have been cycling together for 19 days. Without a break!! That was not really the plan\u2026with breaks on the Mani peninsular, and in the Ionian Islands. But we simply had not been able to resist the urge to explore those extraordinary places!! So we have in fact been on the bikes for 19 days straight! Phew!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So time for a break here in Pizzo! A full day of holiday for Nae, before she flies off on Saturday! And two days for me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It has as ever been a complete blast cycling with Nae. We have had such a good time! Almost the perfect cycling partner\u2026even down to her olfactory issue which means she does not smell farts (haha\u2026but still \u2018courtesy flushes\u2019!!).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1,540 kilometres (from our rest day\u2019s 22km\u2026to our record-breaking 150km day!)\u2026and a full 17,931m of ascent!! Amazing really!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And for myself\u2026.4,660kms so far\u2026.with 54,572m of ascent! And still a bit to go!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So on Friday: washing\u2026.admin\u2026.blog\u2026..swim\u2026.swim\u2026. siesta\u2026..beers\u2026.dinner.
