But a later start\u2026for not far to go today! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hahaha\u2026somehow these things never quite work out! Google kept trying to push us onto the mian road\u2026and we worked hard to avoid it\u2026adding around 20kms to the day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it was a lovely ride\u2026generally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lots of variety\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u2026.nice Cay stop\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026.and great lunch stop at Ayvalik\u2026..a sweet place which looks worth exploring further<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have to love the hat\u2026.,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Plenty of off-road\u2026..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u2026but whenever we reached the coast\u2026there was far too much of this! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Crappy developments\u2026going up EVERYWHERE!! I would guess that this sort of development has filled up around 75% of today\u2019s coast\u2026.and all built within the last 5-10 years!! Who is buying them? Turks? Germans? Brits? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bit sad really\u2026for there seems absolutely no control. The charm of the Aegean (eg Greece etc)..is really lost on the coast here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After last night\u2019s full hotels\u2026most here in Dikili seem to be closed\u2026awaiting a season which really has not yet started. (\u2026weather getting better\u2026.but still a chill to the wind\u2026requiring a second layer for beers!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slightly odd place\u2026.trying to be a beach resort\u2026but\u2026not sure it has quite made it! But we found a nice place to stay though\u2026and had a great feed! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
